Terms of Use for Real Estate Agents & Agencies Using Property Manager's Platform

1. Acceptance of Policy

By registering or using PropertyMgr.agency, you (“Agent”, “Agency”, “User”) accept these Terms of Use, our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all relevant Egyptian laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate, complete details during registration.

    • PropertyMgr.agency may request business licenses or identification documents.

    • You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality and security of your account. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Property Listings & Data Integrity

    • Property details (price, images, location, terms) must be accurate and truthful.

    • Only list properties you have legal authority to market.

    • Unauthorized listings, false descriptions, or misuse of third-party images are strictly prohibited.

4. Platform Use & Restrictions

Users may not:

    • Sell, rent, assign, distribute, or otherwise exploit the platform beyond permitted use.

    • Modify, copy, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the platform.

    • Remove or alter proprietary notices or branding.

    • Post content violating copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

    • Use any site data or content for unauthorized scraping, export, or automation unless approved by PropertyMgr.agency.

5. Fees & Payments

    • Premium features may require payment or subscription fees.

    • All payments must be completed promptly as per published plans; pricing may change with prior notice.

    • Unpaid or fraudulent charges may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Refunds are managed per the main Terms & Conditions.

    • Agents/agencies must request resolution within specified timeframes if unsatisfied.

7. Intellectual Property & Submissions

    • All agent-supplied content (listings, descriptions, images) may be used by PropertyMgr.agency for marketing, syndication, analytics, and platform improvement.

    • Suggestions or feedback submitted to PropertyMgr.agency may be implemented without compensation.

8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

    • All agent/agency personal and business data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Egyptian data privacy laws.

    • Agents/agencies must process client data responsibly, in compliance with applicable privacy standards.

9. Third-Party Services

    • PropertyMgr.agency may offer links or integrations with third-party services, for which it claims no direct responsibility regarding content, security, or functionality.

10. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

    • Users must indemnify PropertyMgr.agency against claims, losses, fines, or damages resulting from their actions, breaches, or unauthorized use.

    • PropertyMgr.agency’s liability for any damages is limited; indirect or consequential damages are expressly excluded.

11. Enforcement & Termination

    • PropertyMgr.agency may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or non-compliance.

    • Upon termination, users must cease all use and delete any proprietary materials obtained from the platform.

12. Amendments

    • Terms may be updated. Notification will be provided prior to significant changes. Continuing to use the platform affirms your acceptance of revised terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

    • Disputes will first be handled via negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration in accordance with Egyptian law, as specified in our main Terms & Conditions.

14. Penalties and Enforcement (Egypt Jurisdiction)

For Agents/Agencies (Users)

    • Account Suspension/Termination: Breach of these terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of account access, as well as removal of all active listings.

    • Financial Penalty: Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or unauthorized transactions may result in fines up to EGP 50,000 per incident, determined by PropertyMgr.agency and in accordance with Egyptian law.

    • Legal Proceedings: Serious or repeated violations may be reported to relevant Egyptian authorities for civil or criminal prosecution, which may include industry blacklisting.

    • Indemnification: Agents/agencies will compensate PropertyMgr.agency for direct losses, expenses, legal fees, and fines arising from their misconduct.

For PropertyMgr.agency (Platform Operator)

    • Rectification: Proven breaches such as misuse of user data, privacy violations, or unresolved legitimate disputes must be rectified within 14 days of notice.

    • Compensation: Where direct loss to users is proven, PropertyMgr.agency will compensate the affected party up to EGP 50,000 per qualifying incident, except in cases involving gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing.

    • Regulatory Oversight: Users may escalate claims to Egyptian regulatory authorities where platform breaches are confirmed.

    • Account Withdrawal: In cases of recurring or systemic failure, users may withdraw all data and terminate their relationship without penalty.

General Enforcement

    • Penalties will be proportional to the seriousness and frequency of violations.

    • PropertyMgr.agency reserves the right to revise the penalty structure to reflect changes in Egyptian law.

    • All parties are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably before penalties are imposed. Arbitration will be governed by Egyptian law.
